About Me

I am a UX Researcher who advocates for the human behind every click. Having worked in financial technology and complex tax and payroll software, I am skilled at breaking down complex systems into straightforward, accessible experiences that empower users.

In addition, my biggest strength is my ability to keenly listen and understand people and what motivates their behaviors. I am able to build authentic rapport and trust with users, stakeholders and colleagues.
